How is your support?
One of our staff members with experience in the relevant industry (General system admin stuff, Minecraft server development, and much more) will assist you with your service (and most of the time sometimes more things like server setup, troubleshooting a plugin, etc) for as long as you need. We prize our customer satisfaction.
How does support work?
For our support, you can either open a ticket on our client panel, or make a ticket in our Discord server, to open a chat with our team.
How is your performance?
Along with using top of the line hardware, we liquid cool all of our Ryzen machines and utilize a thread separation technique to make sure our clients get a fair mix of primary and secondary threads.
Where are your servers located / how is your ping?
Our primary servers (Premium servers) are located in Dallas, TX and our secondary (Budget servers) servers are located in Salt Lake City, UT. You can run a ping test here.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your server anytime. Please refer to TOS and SLA for refund details. If you cancel your server within 24 hours of activation we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. We do offer refunds for people who can justify their cases.
How do you compare to dedicated resources?
Our approach to resource allocation ensures that each server receives a dedicated CPU percentage without overselling or cramming multiple servers onto a single node. Birdflop's analysis of a 3900 CPU with 24 threads shows that allowing the Linux kernel to manage thread distribution outperforms pinning threads, especially under higher loads. Our full host nodes typically average 25-30% CPU utilization across all cores, ensuring plenty of CPU power remains available. By avoiding overselling and allowing the kernel to efficiently balance the load, we can deliver consistently high performance that rivals what's often advertised as "dedicated" hosting.
