Secure by default

Our servers are DDoS protected by L1S and path.net. We also keep our clients up to date with the latest relevant security patches for their servers.

Fast

Our servers have atleast 1gbps uplink per machine, and atleast 100mbps guaranteed per container.

Fast x2

Our servers use high end enterprise grade SSDs for high speed file transfer and processing.

Cost

Since we're just running this because its fun, and we understand the pains of overpriced hosting we aren't focused on profit.

Frequently asked questions

How can you provide such low prices?

We aren't running this company for the profit. We're running this because we think its fun to manage cloud infrastructure at this scale and because as owners of our own Minecraft server network, it was hard to find high quality hosting for reasonable prices.

How is your support?

One of our staff members (me, or Rotator) with experience in the relevant industries (General system admin stuff, Minecraft server development, and much more) will help you with as much as you need (regarding our service and sometimes more) for as long as you need. We prize our customer satisfaction.

How does support work?

For our support, you can either open a ticket on our client panel, or make a ticket in our Discord server and you will have a live chat with one of our experienced employees.

Can I upgrade my server down the line?

Yes, you can upgrade your server on our panel.

Where are your servers located / how is your ping?

Our primary servers (Netherite/proxy) are located in Dallas, TX and our secondary (Diamond) servers are located in Denver, CO. You can run a ping test here.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your server anytime. We offer refunds for reasons listed in our TOS, or if you can justify your case.

Why are your servers better than competitors?

We ensure maximum performance (often better than competitors) by watercooling all of our high performance servers (servers with higher TDPs that could benefit from it), and making sure to not overcrowd or oversell our hardware.

Can I have a discount?

Our hardware is already pretty much at its bare minimum price (consider that we need to pay off our machines, and for other services such as colocation and DDoS protection), and we don't really offer non promotional discounts. If you run a decently sized server (200+ members Discord, other requirements vary) please make a ticket and we may give you a discount if not a free server for a promotion.

Very good service, for $30/mo I ran 50 players on two threads. I haven't really experienced any major downtime and the service just worked like a charm. 5/5 stars.

I previously used pebble host and barely hit 20 players with 10+tps (that was with 6 threads too). Since I switched to Prism Cloud, I pay less than half and can easily hit 30 players with full 20tps (and this is only on 2 of their threads).

Great latency to other big networks like Cloudflare & TCPshield. I used their VPS for my website's backend and it worked like a charm.

Great ping for everyone

With our primary U.S. central datacenters in Dallas, TX (Netherite/proxy) and our secondary in Boulder, CO (Diamond) and connections optimized by Cloudflare, we offer very good ping for U.S and Canada residents. People outside of the U.S. in places like Europe can still expect *okay* ping because our Cloudflare acceleration.
